This ordeal will be more interesting to watch than that show.

Not Chuck Lorre's call. CBS and Warner Brothers made the decision.

Yes - the executive producer gets about a second at the end of the credits for an on-screen "vanity card." Think of "Sit Ubu, sit" or the meowing cat at the end of "Mary Tyler Moore." In Lorre's case he has incredibly long blocks of text that can only be read if you record the show and freeze it at the end.

Nice touch by Charlie repeatedly referring to Chuck Lorre as "Chaim Levine," particularly given that (a) Lorre's given name is Charles, not Chaim, and (b) if you're going to imply he's hiding his ethnic heritage by using a different name, you're on pretty thin ice when your real name is Carlos Estevez.

The AV Club's Sean O'Neal kills it, as always:

I still watch the show, mostly out of habit but also to see just how out there they have to get to be dirty. (Such as a couple of weeks ago when he's texting with Rose and says "see that? she isn't smiling.") But this show has no plot anymore, just a stream of unrelated one-off episodes. It could end right now and there would be no need for that closure that critics and fans always cry about.

Lorre referred to himself in a vanity card earlier this year as Chaim so he should get too pissed when Carlos says it.

Sheen was going to voice one of those "9/11 was an Inside Job" conspiracy videos, so maybe he doesn't like The Chosen People

I have always thought 2 and a Half Men is a really unfunny show and as someone who doesn't follow the TV business I am stunned at how popular it is.

You know, if I was the employee, or especially an owner, of a $100 million or so business enterprise which suddenly ended because of the drunken malicious idiocy of one irreplaceable employee, I'd at least idly think about having the guy whacked.

After reading his various rants (new one today, too ) I'm inclined to think this guy is in the midst of one enormous manic or bipolar episode. Someone needs to shoot him with a tranquilizer dart. Tie him down. Slap him around a little bit.

Nevermind. I think he'd like that.

Sheen was a party boy when he was hired for the gig, he is a party boy as it continues to rake in money for CBS. When his contract was up a year ago and CBS threw money at him to stay, they made their choice.
Probably the most irreplacable character in TV since Archie Bunker. Hell - most of the jokes on Two and Half Men are riffs on Sheen's public image. But then again, they turned Valerie into The Hogan Family. Bad enough to be killed off, even worse when it's your name on the show.

Charlie Sheen's Secret Revealed : 'Tranny Porn'
Charlie Sheen ex-girlfriend mocked and eventually dumped him for simply liking transsexual porn!

After a four month relationship with Charlie Sheen where she claims was paid almost $75,000 by him, porn star Lindsay Wager ended up dumping the Two and a Half Men star because of a kinky secret and RadarOnline.com has the exclusive details.

In an exclusive video interview, Lindsay told RadarOnline.com that she caught Charlie watching "tranny porn" and that’s what ultimately ended their relationship last year.

“I’d say on at least two occasions I caught him watching tranny porn, which was a little weird for me,” Lindsay shockingly revealed.

“I’d heard rumors in the past about him doing that,” the porn star admitted but said that this kinky fetish didn’t sit well with her.

“Of course, that would make anyone nervous in a relationship with someone who’s interested in something like that,” Lindsay admitted to RadarOnline.com.

While living with him in his multi-million dollar Beverly Hills mansion, Lindsay said she talked to Charlie about watching the shocking video and the conversation didn’t go as well as she hoped.

“I did the first time I caught him watching tranny porn. My initial reaction was I started laughing hysterically and he was very embarrassed, he was mortified.

“He didn’t promise (not to watch anymore) he just said 'Shut up Linds.' He was really embarrassed.

“I think my reaction definitely upset him.

“So I just kind of did him the favor of not really bringing it up after that - but the second time I saw the tranny porn - that was right before I left and went home."

Lindsay admitted that was the breaking point in their relationship.
