Country music division: Ain’t Going Down Til The Sun Comes Up got me popped for 20-ish miles over the 55 limit on I-59. Cop let me off when I explained I was on my way to move-in day at Alabama, as verified by all my worldly possessions visible through the hatchback glass.

Liam Payne, formerly of One Direction, falls off building in Buenos Aries. Dead at 31.

"Sugar Shack" was No. 1 for 5 weeks and indeed the top song of 1963, but Dale & Grace and Bobby Vinton were definitely American and had No. 1 hits between "Sugar Shack" and "I Wanna Hold Your Hand."

My mom told me that Grace Broussard of Dale & Grace lived across the street from us in Baton Rouge when I was a kid, but I have no recollection of her. Sadly, I can't track any definitive biographical info on her because there must be 10,000 Grace Broussards in Southern Louisiana.

I'd love to visit Argentina as a tourist, but I'll be staying in a ranch house, ta very much.

I was going to make the wrong direction joke when I posted, but couldn't do it. Thank you for stepping up!

I wonder if one of those mesothelioma lawyers could get me a settlement for the way newsroom humor has warped my ability to function in polite society.

Did your career in a newsroom cost you the ability to function in a normal society? Are you the one always crossing the line and can't help yourself? If so, contact the law firm of Dewey, Cheatham, and Howe at 1-866-382-5633 to see if you qualify.
