Mickey Spillane: Dead

    I've never read a Spillane book.
    I heard/read somewhere that one his books starts with the sentence: 'I kicked him so hard in the crotch he was puking by the time he hit the floor.'
    I also thought that was great, although I don't really know if Spillane ever wrote such a sentence.
