Wow, Ammon lied.

 

It's at about 9:30 in the video. He gets out of the car with his hands up and away from his body. But he does appear to reach for his waist band. Bundy is right that he had his hands up, but whoever shot him certainly was right because he didn't keep his hands up. Looks like suicide by cop to me.

I noticed a big "Constitutional Martyr" sign featuring the dead militia guy being waved at Trump's rally last night.

 

This link provides a narration and explanation of what's going on in the video. And, yes, there was in fact a loaded handgun in the pocket he reached in just prior to the shooting, and thus clearly appears he was indeed trying to pull a gun on police.
