Thanks, Steak. I couldn't remember when the testing started. That's pretty much a decade (94-04) worth of speculations, accusations, and those who legitimately did it. IIRC, Howard Bryant said this report would be nothing because of the former players that would be named. Well, no shit Howard. You, me, and a dog named Boo knew that former players would get named.
