List was obviously underwhelming, minus a few names.

Clemens is a fraud, atleast his post-Sox days anyway. Dan Duquette may have been correct. And if Bonds is not let in to the Hall, Clemens better not either.

Lack of a paper trail can't validate much.

Kirk Radomski and the government had some pretty solid substantial evidence - delivery slips, voided checks, even a thank-you note from Paul Lo Duca on Dodger Stadium stationary - but the question then becomes, how many guys not named in the report paid in cash?

BTW, Santiago's in the report under BALCO.
