It happened right under his nose, you twit.
What kind of "role," you ask?
Maybe you're asking all the wrong questions to begin with.

More personal attacks to cover for the fact that you can't back up what you claim. Again.

So, every manager who might have had steroid users on his team should be penalized when it comes to Hall of Fame evaluation? Whether they knew or not?

Also, failing to catch them qualifies as enabling? Wow, that's a stretch.

Typical fart boy. Plenty of smell with no real substance.

Greg Maddux has spoken: Pitching to contact isn't a real thing.

God that's glorious to have him say it. It's always been stupid.

La Russa's win total was padded by drug cheats.
You really are an obstinate pile of garbage most of the time here.

This organization is such an abortion right now. And they KNEW about the screw-up and STILL handed out the jerseys. Idiots.

Stating your claim over and over again does not count as backing it up. Then again, given your past history, you have no clue at all about supporting arguments you make with actual evidence.

All stench and no substance. That's our fart boy.

That's a fair point. Still, he's not in the big leagues for his OPS. Anything the Braves get from his bat is gravy, considering the value of his defense, which is well worth the long-term deal the Braves gave him.

  11. What ever LaRussa did is in the past, just like Braun.

cjericho beat me to it. People started talking about this guy as an all-time great defensive shortstop way too quickly.

Also, I'm betting the Braves expect more than just fantastic defense for that deal. Not that he has to be a dominating hitter, but he has to be a useful one.
