Why are we talking about the fucking Cubs with seven weeks to go in the season?

The Braves have hit 4 homers in 4 1/3 against Strasburg, including one by B.J. Upton and another by rookie Tommy La Stella (his first of the year). Strasburg has to be maddening for Nationals fans.

Stunning pitcher who doesn't know how to pitch.

Scherzer is in control, striking out 8 of the last 13 Jays he faced. Pulled leading 2-1 in the ninth. Joe Nathan gives up the tying run. Soria gets out of a bases-loaded, one out jam -- only to get hurt warming up in the 10th as Joba blows the game.

    Ouch.

Hudson facing Royals for first time in 10 years.

Not the record against the Royals.

    Al Leiter went 16 years.
