    You stay classy, Giants:

Well that's pretty weird, since Baggarly works for CSN Bay Area, and the Giants are not only the broadcast partner but actually a significant part-owner of the station. The checks come from the same place.

All that and a three-time Jeopardy! champion as well.

The local teams in SF get so little critical coverage, the media entities they're partnered with bend over more than Jim Nantz at The Masters so when they're is heard a discouraging word, the teams freak out.

Where does Bumgarner rank among greatest Yankees?

Maybe CSN shouldn't have hired two of the biggest homers west of Hawk Harrelson to call their games.
Krukow and Kuiper seem to charm the pants off a lot of Giants fans but they're a fucking joke.

Pirates clinch wild-card spot. Still an outside chance of catching St. Louis for the division. All this despite throwing in the towel by not re-signing The Great Allan James Burnett.

Latest 30 for 30 Short on former Mets catcher Mackey Sasser and his strange inability to throw the ball back to the pitcher, which he attributes to injuring both ankles in a home plate collision. That caused him to alter his throwing motion to stay balanced on his heavily taped ankles and eventually became a mental block:

Don't even get me started about them blowing a 95-win season by not bringing up Polanco. He would have been 9 WAR ***at least*** during those first two months.

As much as I admire Bumgarner's competitiveness, there are honest to God few bigger babies in sports than MLB starting pitchers. Four and a half months ago, the guy flipped his bat after hitting a home run off of you. Get over it. Get him out next time.

The other day Andrew Cashner got pissy because Domonic Brown bunted for a hit to beat the shift in - get this - the fifth inning for the Phillies' first hit. Of a 1-0 game.
