That angle was good for one thing: It showed that the ball was above the top of the foul pole when it went past. I'm betting any shot they had straight down the line did not have the ball in it. It was a true moon shot.

If they overturn this call, I will not watch the rest of the game. Especially since Posey got to the plate anyway.

 

If Posey got hurt sliding into the pitcher, rule change would be have to stand up at the plate or avoid the tag.
