Ryan Braun with three homers and seven RBI against the Phillies today.

It's because of his new walk-up music.

Interesting stat popped on my SportsCenter app earlier today.

The Tigers have struck out a total of 26 times. The Upton brothers have struck out 21 times this year. Amazing how quickly they've fallen.

Braun must really like that juice.

Most of the conscious baseball world has moved beyond using only ERA as an evaluation tool.

And for the Giants' ceremonial first pitch for its home opener:

Funny how you jump on that, but not the use of his record in evaluating the guy. Can't imagine why you did that. Oh wait. I can.

My post wasn't meant as an in-depth analysis, Fart boy. Just pointing out in a very quick way that he has been better than the previous post had indicated.

Joey Votto, a local Mimico guy, comes off as pretty funny as a Canadian Mountie

I've said this before but here you go again: my eldest son ER played HS ball with Joey Votto who lived around the corner from us

You're the one who walks around here like a trial lawyer, asshole.
You constantly demand proof? Do a better job of furnishing some yourself.
Get that ERA crap out of here.

Regarding the trial lawyer comment, please kindly stay out of conversations that are beyond your depth. I provided evidence. I used a statistic that is better than the one tony used. You are free to counter with some of your own if you like, but you didn't. You just came in trolling as usual.

And Huggy Jr. has competed for many years in the same house league as Votto's much younger, twin brothers. Huggy Jr. has struck them out on many occasions (I certainly don't expect them to emulate their brother but they appear to have little interest in the game despite being outfitted in all sorts of cool, personalized Nike baseball swag), I have told him I would be far more impressed if he struck out the oldest Votto brother!
