Paxton at 92 pitches through eight, M's up 5-0. Might be a big story in Canada if he gets three more outs ... ;)

Not because it’s an often occurrence now compared to the last few decades, except the 80s.
Anyone who cares about baseball and a no hitter now knows it before tomorrow’s papers is printed

He got it. And hit 100 on his next-to-last pitch.

Dominated the ninth inning. Also had a nice play from Kyle Seager earlier to preserve the no-no, robbing Pillar of a hit.

And we've now had three no-hitters this season in three different countries.

One of the worst/dumbest things I ever saw in a newsroom, in a city with an MLB team of its own, was the sports desk laughing and applauding wildly one night because a no-hitter on TV was broken up in the ninth inning, and still an hour to go before deadline.

Yankees Red Sox is actually a good game on MLB network.

Orioles are 17 games out of 1st. Since divisional play, No team has ever been 17 games out this early in the season.

With as few balls as there are in play these days, it's gotten to where no-hitters are not that big a deal anymore.

It seems like someone takes a no-hitter into the seventh inning two or three times a week.
