I'm not saying every MLB team needs to hang onto their stadium like it's Wrigley fucking Field (which, frankly, is a garbage stadium), but constructing a building to last 20 years is horrible.

 

Follow the money. There's a whole industry of fuckers with their hands out when a new stadium gets built.

 

And with few exceptions, taxpayers foot the bill. Every. Single. Time.
