In a striking bit of irony not often seen in this or any other universe, Olbermann was a breath of fresh air on the ESPN baseball telecast last night. I did not know he owned the Fisk ball; three Babe Ruth bats; Jose Canseco's noggin HR cap, and a marble slab from the Ebbets Field rotunda. Oh, and a Krukow-Kuiper double bobblehead.

Lynn Hoppes says that’s not nearly enough bobbleheads.

Ronald Acuna with another lead0ff homer, this one on the first pitch. First player to do that in three straight games since Brady Anderson in 1999.

He's also homered in five straight games and seven of the last eight.

    He turns 21 in December.

(Also, Charlie Culberson homered on the second pitch of the game).

Braves fans have to be even happier than Phillies fans, and this Phillies fan is very happy indeed.

Does Joe Simpson question Acuna's age?

Puig and Hundley square off at the plate. Puig smacks him, big scrum, a dodger teammate tackles Hundley.

Not even on a pitch either. It was weird.

Hundley figured if the Giants throw at Puig when Posey is catching, 1) there's no chance of Buster stopping Puig
    2) Buster gets hurt and misses the rest of the season.

Shenanigans in LA. Puig being Puig pissed off he fouled off a pitch. He then shoves Nick Hundly. Looked like he threw a punch. I could also be biased and want an excuse to suspend Puig.
