    And they win again today.

So, a record of 5-5 in these games with a run differential of -69.

It helps that the Reds really suck. Roansy Contreras had been struggling and he imploded in his last start, but he shut Cinci down for six innings today. Of course, the Pirates sent him down after the game. (I'm sure there is some weird bookkeeping reason for it, but that organization deserves no trust at all that they are doing anything but try to save a few pennies.)

Who amongst us hasn’t slashed our co-workers’ wardrobes with scissors because we were told to wear our work clothes?

"I acted like an idiot last night."

    Stop right there.

If you must add anything, try: "I'll pay for all the damages."

He discovered Fernando Valenzuela and was ubiquitous behind home plate at Dodger Stadium with his speed gun and hat

MVP Baseball 2005 had a sim player with the last name Brito and I always wondered if that wasn’t an homage.

I'd always heard he gave up the gig with the speed gun after Dodger Stadium became a smokeless facility.

Ugly and then some collision at Petco tonight.

Profar tried to walk off, then this happened.

Can't get to a telecast, but I'm seeing on teh Twitterez it took awhile for medical help beyond a trainer to arrive.

He was easy to spot because they hadn't filled in all the seating behind home plate back then, IIRC.
