In good news, my MRI showed no rotator cuff tear.

    When's tee time?!

    33. Last year was on 60-day DL.

It's not the end of his career but he's no spring chicken.

Joining the Mets pitching staff is like wearing a red shirt on Star Trek.

I had a bad feeling about that the moment I read about how he left the game early. He did it when he fouled a ball off his foot. He actually stayed in the game, hit a triple, and came around to score before being pulled. Foot injuries suck even if he doesn't need surgery. It just screws up everything else, even more so in a player whose speed is a big part of his game. See you in June, kid, Maybe.

And yes, with apologies to the spirit of spnited, Greene is on my fantasy team, the one I drafted Thursday night.

I forgot they have Pillar, though he had a lousy 2021. He's not a guy you want out there every day, but he does have a little power, a little speed, and he is a fantastic defender. Still, they are going to need to add an outfielder if Bellinger can't figure things out. Supposedly, he finally settled on a new stance this week. Yup. The 26-year-old former MVP is just now settling on a batting stance one week before the season starts.
