    Judge not only crashed hard into the wall to make that catch, but the hard hit liner hit right in the palm of his glove. Ow!

    Holy hell the Yankees have sucked defensively. Cole HAS to cover first. All on him.

    Smoltz mentioned it — Betts busted it down the line even though he was horribly jammed. That hustle helped LA tie the game.

    Still doesn't let Cole off the hook for not covering. That was so bad, it was arrogant.

    (It would've likely been bang-bang anyway. Still, just CAN'T do that.)

    Oh, absolutely — if he covers first, Betts is out. But the hustle prevented the first baseman from bailing out Cole.
