The PA needs to have some protections from this. He was fine to be with the team for 421 plate appearances but the final 4 he was suddenly trash? There has to be a point where you can’t DFA a guy without penalty.

Royals picked a bad time to forget how to score runs. Scoreless tie headed into 10th tonight. They’ve scored 1 run in their last 36 innings.

Apparently the key to the Giants beating good teams is to first be eliminated from playoff contention.

The Royals broke their scoreless streak with the benefit of the international tiebreaker followed by the Nats first baseman being unable to pick a throw on a Bobby Witt Jr. grounder. That was all they got, and in the bottom half, Joey Gallo hit a 2-2 pitch to Delaware but five feet foul, then predictably struck out.

Twins just up and lost at home to a 99-loss Marlins team, meaning the Tigers are now two clear in the Wild Card standings.

Houston hits three HRs to beat Logan Gilbert and the Ms, 4-3, and clinch the AL West title.

Seattle just about eliminated from the wild card race. Goes to show you can’t win with great pitching and defense if your offense can’t even hit .220.

    Love coaching these Padres.
    Screw Cardinals Nation.
