Im retrospect, it's absolutely stunning the Mets didn't re-sign him.

Most of society isn't a walking billionaire walled off from society by the guy siphoning millions from his personal account.

Having a Cubs fan in the household, I’d seen enough swings at sliders in the opposite batter’s box to know Javier Baez was a ticking timebomb whenever even the slightest ability to hit a fastball decreased.

Putting Lindor and Baez together in New York City certainly didn’t help, either.

One of these is not like the others, and he just earned himself a full-time job.

Yeah, Cowser is going to cool off at some point, but he needs to be in there every day when he's smoking it at the dish like this.

The numbers with Ohtani don't make sense. It was first $4 million, now it's $16 million. The changing facts don't help Otani's story

Of course, Austin Hays (2-for-28) is making it easy. He hasn't had a hit in two weeks.

The point was raised that maybe the platoon should be Mullins-Hays rather than Hays-Cowser.

Nobody tell Craig it's possible to think Bauer is an abusive, guilty-as-sin shit and the official story on the Ohtani saga is a little too pat.

He’s making a racial observation. There are people who despite evidence to the contrary believe Bauer is innocent while despite evidence to the contrary believe Ohtani is guilty. White asshole is better beloved than a Japanese introvert.
