What made the ump think it was intentional?

 

Siri hit a homer earlier but did nothing to show up Peralta. None of the previous 3 pitches were close to hitting Siri. Hit him with an off speed pitch in the leg. Guccione had to gather the crew to make a decision then tossed him.
