You might be right but holy fucking shit...illegal drugs or not, this is one of the all-time postseason stories here (slight hyperbole). He's gone from the last guy you'd want on the mound in a pressure situation to almost unhittable. And he's done it against two of the teams that have given him his awful rep (terrible performances for the Yankees in '96 and '97, supposedly demanded out of Oakland in 1999). Imagine if the Mets win and he gets to face them in the....NAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH that's too unrealistic! [/fucking Carpenter better fucking win tonight]

 

I know the Tigers are still one win away from the World Series ... but damn, a two-hit shutout? This is simply unreal what they're doing this month.
