Michael is right again. Tigers pitchers are too talented for the World Series if we can go by the Mets-Cardinals series. There's no way John Maine can beat Cy Young and there's no logical reason to think Oliver Perez can beat Jeff Suppan. But, of course, we all know there is no room for logic in this particlar postseason.

Sorry BYH. It's so illogical that I think the Wilpons can actually win this thing.

I'll take the Cardinals tonight. Guarantees a Mets win by the way. ;D

Who's that? The mother of Paul LoDuca's girlfriend? :D :D

    Spnited, you old cranky know-nothing fucker, you're going down tonight!!!!! :D ;D ;D :D

(have no idea how this is going to go, I've given up trying to figure this series out. doesn't take a genius to figure out whomever gets to the bullpen with a lead--whether it's the third or the seventh inning--is going to win. Better be my Cardinals!!!!)

The Royals lost 100 games this season. The Mets won 97 games this season. I don't know much, but I do know that the Royals fucking sucked and the Mets were pretty good this season.

But, it doesn't matter. You want to know why? 20 years ago tonight, Mookie Wilson hit a ground ball up the first base line to win a game for the Mets. Tonight, the Cardinals have Wilson's son in their lineup. It's destined for the Mets to lose on a Preston Wilson batted ball.

Give HB a break. He's not thinking straight as he does his damndest to ensure his reverse lock works again (see: Yankees will not only win the World Series but would also win the Indy 500 in a bus against Ditka). It's not going to work, fucker!!!! :D
