    That catch will go on the same highlight reel with the Jeter catch where he caught the ball 2 feet from the stands and crashed into it...We'll see it ad nauseum.

    This one at least saved two runs from scoring..the Jeter catch was a foul ball.

    Yeah but this one will be worth seeing.

    Not only will you never convince me that Jeter could have stopped before leaping into the stands, but Pokey Reese made just as good a catch in the same game. But nobody gives a crap because it wasn't made by the Passive-Aggressive Captain Intangibles.

    We just witnessed baseball history, folks ... if the Mets pull it out.

    If this game stays 1-1 and it keeps raining, will they call this a tie and come back tomorrow, or do they slog on in the middle of Hurricane Camille?
