Don't ever bet on a Zambrano game until after June, Chris. Until then, it's a crapshoot.

Ow! Just realized--do I get the D_B of the Day award for that one?

Wasn't there something about him messing with his mechanics and losing some velocity? Or is my mind playing tricks on me again?

I know he's a slow starter, but this is ridiculous.

Man, the Red Sox are pounding Halladay! A six-run third and a 7-0 lead.

    I mean this year.

Hoffman is a Hall of Famer.

But he is pretty shaky this year.

There's not a deader team in baseball than the Blue Jays.

Hey Armchair, did you see the Cubs sent down Felix Pie?

The Jays, the Gnats, and whoever's facing Josh Beckett.

And given the histories of the pitchers involved...from here on out, Cordero and Turnbow are no more of a sure thing.

Just got home from Rogers Centre. What a debacle. One of the worst professional performances I've EVER witnessed in person.

Errors on the field and on the base paths. Halladay is getting shelled and not a rustling in the bullpen until this thing was WELL over. And, to top that, Gibbons left him in, getting rocked and now the rumour is Halladay is hurt.

He's either hurt, or doesn't give a shit (maybe sending a mesasge to JP and John regarding the bush-league manner in which they're running this ship into the ground).

As I'm sure you've all heard, JP lied to the media in spring training, saying BJ Ryan's injury was his back, when, in fact, they new all along it was his elbow. The conspiracy theory the talking heads were rolling with tonight en route to the game was that they did it to make sure they still sold enough season tickets.

Then, Ryan goes down for 60 days and has Tommy John surgery YESTERDAY without ANYONE knowing until today, when JP sent out A PRESS RELEASE!

This team is in shambles, and I want my money back from tonight's game, which fell on my birthday. Happy F'n B-Day to me!
