And I thought Buddy Bell was bad. Yeesh. Unfortunately, the KC offense is even weaker now that Ross Gload is on the DL. (And yes, I know that's a sentence that can only be typed about the Royals.)

Free swinging Angel Berroa has been called back up to replace him. KC has a four game set coming up in Oakland... if those of you in the Rockies get a sudden onset of storms, you'll know where the front started. Here's to 110 losses.

I've got my reasons, but I'd rather not say?

Does that give you license to write that he lost the game on purpose?

    Rios banged his wife?

    The Possibilities are Endless.

Or that JP called the dugout and told him to use McDonald.

The difference in Neifi and Jacque Jones is that everyone except Dusty knew Neifi sucked. A lot of people think Jacque is an OK everyday MLB player. In fact, most non Twins and Cubs fanboys think he's OK. Some think he's an asset.

According to Jeff Blair's article in the Globe and Mail today, you both may be onto something.

Blair hints that the Jays might be keeping Rios healthy for a trade. They didn't want to risk any injury to him.

Whatever the reason, the Jays need to start talking. Or, at the very least, the media start ripping John and JP new assholes for the way they go about addressing the media and answering questions.

I'd be calling both out on everything now. Neither can be trusted.

If you're a columnist in Toronto, and they hand your beat guy that flaming sack of shit, you better start pounding away at the keyboard with some motherfucking fury.

"I've got my reasons, but I'd rather not say."

We've got some reasons to get rid of you, like your shitty-ass record.

BTW, Sidney Ponson has officially been designated for assignment.

Scott Baker, Kevin Slowey or Matt Garza will be called up and start in his spot this weekend against Milwaukee.

After this game, I think it's safe for people to start signing the pee your pants if the Brewers make the playoffs petition. I see no spike in the sales of adult diapers.
