This show hit such impressive heights, it due to come down at some point. I didn't know it was going to be so sudden.
This season is a crashing bore. The gags just aren't there.

The show has been a shadow of its former self for awhile, but last night was a home run on several levels.

I stopped watching it early this season. Suburgatory is light-years ahead of it now. I even think The Middle is better.

Thats the political subtext. Superficially, it appears somewhat Modern, though the inter-racial aspect is Caucasian-Hispanic which is tame. But the message is that modern is really traditional when you get past mere physical appearances.

But Cam and Mitch show less affection than Edith and Archie Bunker.

I had a love/hate thing with Suburgatory. I liked the main character, but the relationship with her dad sometimes seemed very creepy. It kind of lost me when they focus more on Cheryl Hines and her daughter.

I watched the first season of The Middle and never got into it. I wanted to like it because I like the two leads, but it seemed a bit much...

Yeah, I know it's been addressed on other threads, but they're not having much luck trying to make the middle daughter look frumpy any more.

There were a number of very attractive girls in my high school class who didn't get noticed until they started to dress more maturely. I'm not saying halters as much as skirts instead of relaxed-fit jeans.

Those are usually the hottest girls. The ones who were hot, but either didn't know it, or didn't have an attitude about it.

I watched Modern Family for the first time this season last night (a sign winter sports are coming to a close, no games to cover). The thing that jumped out at me, to put it bluntly, is that her chest is 10x bigger than I remember.

Suburgatory is my top 3 comedies -- they have toned down some of the weird stuff between George and Tessa. The show still isn't fully formed and likely won't ever be. But the actors are great, including the actress who plays Dalia

How can you keep them down on the farm once they've been to Vegas
