My church scheduled a drive-through clinic for today. The original plan was 200 doses. The pharmacist showed up with nearly 1,000. After the scheduled 200 were given to eligible people the rest were open to any and all. Folks were driving from two hours away to get them.

 

We get our second Moderna tomorrow.

Right at 1,000. I had to work, so I couldn’t volunteer. But friends who did said it was one of the best days they’ve had the past year thanks to the excitement and joy people had for getting the vaccine.

That’s good that they were all given out. It would’ve been a lot to toss.

 

Hope it goes well. Moderna 2 is supposed to be a tough one. Mine is April 5.

 

My parents just had their 2nd Moderna this week and only had very minor side effects.

 

The only effect I noticed from Pfizer v.1 was that I tooted like an Evinrude outboard for about the next 18 hours. Next morning, all clear.
