I would think the employees have a stronger case to decline so long as the vaccines remain on EUA and not a full formal authorization. That’s the explanation I’ve heard for why it isn’t compulsory for military members for example.

I've been a good Covid soldier, vaxed, wear a mask, etc. But seriously, how stupid is this? Their costume is one huge mask.

I got the second shot yesterday. My shoulder hurts like crazy and I"m still coughing uncontrollably. I left work after four hours. Probably never should have showed up.

 

It hasn't happened in Texas, so hopefully for the people of Florida it won't. I'll be interested to see what happens in the summer down there as more people head back indoors.
