Also: My prevailing emotion for the anti-vaxxers and anti-maskers who then get sick and die is grave sorrow. Sadness. They were deeply foolish and wrong and now know it, and their outcries of grief online are turned into touchdown spikes on Twitter and concurrent satisfaction for some. There are whole passages in Proverbs for such fools but it is no less sad, to see someone meet their demise like that.

There was once a popular T-shirt about what I could do with my feelings. If only I could remember the phrasing …

I don’t like the way I feel when these wretched people die, ones who actively sought to create new enemies if none already existed. I’m not dancing on their graves, but I’m not at all mournful either. If anything I feel relief that there is one less toxic personality no longer spreading either the disease or the misinformation that helps the disease flourish.

God will have to forgive me my exhaustion with these people, and if He cannot then I’ll take my L. But I’ll not mourn people who would happily see me dead or subjugated.

FDA approval was rushed ... for Operation Warp Speed.

This has been one of the most vocal anti-vax excuses. So when they start getting approved, they will just come up with something else. Time to approval seems like a good start.

Folks on the left have been whining for weeks that the FDA hadn't approved Pfizer and that by being so methodical it was discouraging folks from getting the vaccine. I'd rather that the agency regulating drugs not be extremely cautious when approving any vaccines.

Edit: I screwed up the post the first time around. Sue me.
