I just made an appointment for Thursday. I had been sort of waiting, one because of the eligibilty thing, which still bothers me that it had been a thing, and two, the booster really kicked my wife's ass so I have been sort of hesitant just because. Although, I didn't have any real issues with the first two other than being super tired and I have heard from plenty that didn't have a reaction to the booster.

But now Polis opens it up to all Coloradoans, so eff it. If I am bored tomorrow may see about a walkin somewhere.

    Youngest two getting first tomorrow.

Agree. Eff it. Dr. Polis knows what's best. I justified my booster and have no regrets. Though I was in Boulder County today and had to mask up despite have two shots and the booster. And if anyone wanted to stop me from getting the booster they would have.

I'll be in Fort Fun tomorrow, then will have to mask up at my nephew's wrestling match because, well, Boulder.

Larimer County has been masks for two or three weeks or something. CSU and PSD have been all semester. Went to the basketball game tonight. Not a whole lot of masks on anyone! Moby was rocking, too.

I will also say, depending on where you go, masks are hit and miss here. Obviously no enforcing, but whatever at this point. King Soopers, I'd say about a third of people without. Target, almost 100 percent. Not sure why the difference between the two.

I've gotten three shots. I'm not masking unless it's mandated. Sorry, not sorry.

Masks don't bother me. Kind of have liked not getting any other illnesses too. But I am moving past caring if people aren't wearing them. They are mandated indoors in our county. Guessing it probably won't change until spring at this point.

Yeah, I knew that about Larimer. Basketball season ramping up. I know if masks are required, lots of officials will opt out.

I don't know how the high schools have been handling indoor sports. At CSU no players on the court or officials wearning them. Some on the benches tonight, but didn't look like it was mandated. College volleyball here has been mask free on the court, but masks on the benches. I don't think anything is standardized.

Notes from France: 1. Masks required on all public transport and in shops. 2. Health pass (govt. issued proof of vaccination) required for entry to restaurants, theaters, sports events, etc. And yes, they check. 3. Pres. Macron went on TV last night and announced that as of Dec. 15, those over 65 will need to show proof of a booster to keep their health passes. Also, masks required on all children in schools as of next Monday.
I got my health pass before leaving the States, so no problems. I'd say around one-third of the people I've seen on the streets (percentage goes up on lousy weather days) wear their masks outside, too. Whether that's because of covid or just that it's a hassle to take it off on a short trip between buildings, I do not know.
