Headache, body aches, slight fever, scratchy throat. Hopefully that'll be the worst of it

    Hydrate; treat the symptoms; sleepsleepsleep.

    Be attentive to the fever.

Do your best to isolate the rest of the family.

Good luck. Me and my wife both had mild cases recently, but our kids have avoided infection for 2 1/2 years.

My oldest got it a few weeks ago, the last of us to get it. He got it on a trip to Greece but didn't test positive until he got back. He was knocked out pretty good for a nearly a week.

Funny thing on being contagious or getting it or whatever, I drove him home from the airport with him being full blown (he tested very positive the next day) with no masks or anything and I didn't get it. Hour-long drive. Everyone else got it in January and I am not worthy of a booster. So I guess that is good! Maybe my immune system rocks.

Another funny thing, I have been dealing with an ear issue for more than a month. Like clogged ear, can't hear, some pain. Been to regular doctor twice and an ENT. I guess my ear drum retracted some into the ear canal or some nonsense and got stuck. The ENT said it isn't that uncommon and usually happens with a cold or allergy attack, in which I had neither that were obvious. We have joked maybe I had COVID again and didn't know it and that's what did it. And maybe that's why my kid who was a foot a way in a closed vehicle didn't get me sick on an hour drive!

@Roscablo, stop by any Walmart pharmacy. Everyone is worthy of a booster.

    It'll be OK.

And the good news is everyone's already isolated!
