“I pay taxes, so I want to walk the boardwalk. Where do my taxes go?”

‘I pay taxes so I want to walk the boardwalk.’ Shore residents defy coronavirus ban.

The only article I saw about DNRs had nothing to do with the number of hospital beds or ventilators. The issue being raised by some hospital staff was the risk to personnel because lack of sufficient protective equipment for the number of people involved when a patient codes. Dr. Birx followed the trump script in blaming the media for something it didn’t do, then explaining why that thing the media didn’t say isn’t true, rather than addressing actual problems the administration can’t or won’t help resolve. Like supplies of protective equipment.

Triaging patients because of a shortage of beds and ventilators is a different issue from DNR ethics, which Chris Hayes should have known.

In forty-eight hours, Palm Beach County went from 100 cases to 174. Seven are in my small town.

I couldn’t find an updated number of tests conducted in the County, which has been a reported metric on the FL Health Department site. Yesterday it was 1,166. According to the Palm Beach Post, although it is the third largest county in the state, Palm Beach ranks dead last among Florida’s seven largest metropolitan areas in testing per capita, with roughly 81 per every 100,000 people tested. Likely why we aren’t closer to Broward and Dade numbers of positive cases.

If you don't test them, they don't have the virus.

Cases in Texas jumped by more than 400 since yesterday -- still just over 21,000 tested in the state

This is how you do it. Texas Roadhouse will get business from me, and Hobby Lobby is dead to us.

She's only a couple of steps away from what Trumpists have been thinking all along: "This is a libruhl state problem. Nothing to see here. God is punishing libruhls for opposing President Trump."

My mother, a postal supervisor, got punched in the face yesterday by some guy pissed off about something he claims the post office lost. Guy was cited and released because they don't want Coronavirus spreading in jails. Wondering if the guy suddenly got a Tonya Harding treatment if the cops would likewise cite and release whichever good Samaritan wielded the crowbar.
