I'm probably late to the party on this one, but when did Darius Rucker (Hootie from Hootie and the Blowfish) starting making country music?!? I just heard him singing what I guess is a hit right now, "Don't Think I Don't Think About It" and was shocked to hear it. What gives?

Holy crap, that's Hootie? I heard it on the radio the other day, and I liked it, but I didn't know that was him.

    Awesome.

This is akin to blasphemy for asking since I'm a huge fan of his but what are some of the reviews of the Mudcrutch album featuring Tom Petty? I keep forgetting to get the damn thing and I want to know if it's outfuckingstanding like I think it will be when I finally do get and listen to it.

I was chillin' to "Crystal River" on the way home. Great fucking song.

Anybody have any thoughts on the new Albert Hammond Jr.?

Really liked his first solo disc, and "GFC" had me sold on buying the second one. I've given it about three spins, and it's growing on me a bit. Thought it was a little too ... weird, maybe? ... the first time I heard it.
