Extremely underwhelmed by it on the first few listens, but it is growing on me a little bit.

I hate to say it, but you're right.
Wrecking Ball is a fantastic album, but in terms of US and Worldwide sales it is the worst-selling studio album of his career (although I doubt High Hopes will outsell it)
In terms of worldwide sales, it's sold 50,000 fewer copies than Devils & Dust and 150,000 fewer than Working on a Dream.
I don't know how much touring is linked to album sales, but the US leg of the Wrecking Ball tour hit very few markets.

High Hopes is his lowest selling album. Album sales have declined so much in the past decade that of course recent work has sold worse. That's even true for Kanye West, whose solo albums decrease in sales with every single release.

But you have to judge these things on a relative basis. Wrecking Ball and High Hopes (and Yeezus) all were No. 1 sellers. But while Wrecking Ball sold 190,000 copies in its first week, High Hopes sold 99,000. The market hasn't slipped that much in 22 months.

Damn...if Bruce got their a few days earlier while Big Day Out was still rolling, about a lineup for an encore of The Boss, Eddie Vedder and Win Butler?

Is it just me, or does the singer for Elephant Revival look like Michelle Williams and Justine Bateman had a daughter together.

And to bring this full circle, Eddie V and AF's Regine Chassagne have jammed together, too:
