Corrected. Sorry, that's a pet peeve of mine.

No new reviews here, but still loving the new Beck CD.

May be in the minority, but I'm lovin' the new My Chemical Romance CD.

On my Yahoo! radio station they keep pushing MCR. I can't get past the first 5 seconds of a song without skipping it. But that's just me.

You can almost never go wrong with a Jersey band!

Anyone pick up the new Who CD/DVD "Endless Wire"? I heard a song off it on radio today. Roger's voice sounded a little more rough than I thought it would be.

I've got it. On first listen I'm pretty disappointed in the whole thing. Roger sounds fine on most of it. It has its moments, but the songs just aren't very good.

I tried to give the first one a couple of chances. It didn't stick. Maybe it's me ...

I'm almost embarrassed to admit, but I'm enjoying Disturbed's cover of "Land of Confusion." I just picked up the Robert Randolph CD and that's definitely good.

The new one from the Deftones and Audioslave? Eh, not so much.

I'm not embarrassed to admit that I wish Disturbed had left that track alone. It was done correctly the first time.

  10. I recommend TAAS for anyone going through Jesus Lizard withdrawals.

In the reggae category, "My Name is Gyptian" by Gyptian is fantastic.

It was the top single in Jamaica (considering that it topped "Welcome to Jamrock", that is saying something) and it's only a matter of time before it gets hot over here.

Heard it in Times Square from some bootleggers. Batman was dancing to it.

Any fans of the Paybacks out there? I've heard some of their new stuff on Little Steven's Underground Garage and it's terrific. "Stranger In The House" is one of the best songs I've heard in ages.
