"Here's a stat, related to that, that I would love to see:
Of families whose first two children are of the same sex, what percentage of those families with two girls tries for a third child as opposed to families with two boys?
I don't know the numbers, but I damn well know they wouldn't be competitive."

that's just fucking stupid columbo ... just plain fucking stupid.

the rest of us love our kids because they simply breath our air ... clue up.

  2. True, buckdub, but the political utility of it pretty much is.

I support Jemele Hill. I've read some of her other articles on Page 2, and they aren't that bad.

It's amazing that you can type things like that and question the intelligence of others.

First of all, I don't vote red. Though I'm no straight party-line voter, more often than not I vote blue. I am simply open-minded enough to realize that there are people of merit who disagree with me. Unlike you and people like you, who feel this need to paint all who oppose your political beliefs as evil or stupid.

That is the kind of divisiveness that has taken over American politics and leaves us wasting far too much time squabbling and not spending nearly enough time getting things done.

Secondly, I never said there was no difference between the parties. There are definitely very well-defined divisions. I understand that they stand for different principles, though I do not believe that your characterization of the Republican party is completely accurate. Please take some time and work on your reading comprehension skills.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: This is not a Republican-Democratic thing. It's the sign of a generally misogynistic culture.

See? I knew we were agreeing, but not for exactly the same reasons.

Guess that would make you a maleogynist then!

Hating men and loving shoes is no way to go through life.

Oh, I don't hate men. I love them. I just don't like them sometimes.

Besides my shoes are always there when I need them, unlike men ;)

What's so great about shoes? They're just a bunch of smelly heels.

Men on the other hand ... well ... so we're smelly heels, too. Deal with it.

The shoes are always there for me, lined up in perfect little rows in my closet. Men come and go.
