my 'man-crush' on timberlake...

How does someone not love JT? He did bring sexy back. It was gone, and then it came back.

 

I've always wanted to hate the kid, simply because he was in a boy band and gets all the hottest women. But man, he is just too damn cool/funny/down-to-earth (for his stature, at least). It still bugs me when I see him try to dance like Michael Jackson, though I have to admit he's even good at that. But I have loved him in every SNL skit he has done, and he is just a talented/confident cat.

 

Let us talk about how great The Roots are.

 

OK, this thread desperately needs a dissenting viewpoint. Sorry, Justin Timberlake sucks. His cotton candy music career is quickly vanishing into the ether so he switches over to movies, where he hopes to stay in the public consciousness by starring in lame rom-coms. The SNL skits? Come on. SNL is so bad these days that anything that remotely produces a smile is somehow considered brilliant. And anybody buying that good-guy persona must be crazy. The smugness just drips off him, as exhibited by that terrible interview at the All-Star Game. (Uh, why was he even being interviewed there?) The only time we ever saw the real Timberlake came on "Punk'd" -- when he cried like a baby at the thought of his fame and money going down the dumper.
