    This paper needs to be outed (preferably not by the original poster). As a public service and on principle. If this was the local widget manufacturer, and your paper knew about it, your paper would be all over Widget Inc.'s ass.

    Quit, then sue. Or sue, then quit. Work somewhere else. Hell, my paper just hired two new reporters, believe it or not. There are (a few) opportunities out there.
