    Kent Babb is really good, but I don't think he's right for this job. Just my opinion, and in no way a knock on the guy.

    As a sidebar, to think Tribune is going to fill all these spots is absurd.
    It's called "synergy." They love that word.

    Orlando . . . golf and beach weather 350 days a year; no state income tax.
    Minneapolis . . . great place six months a year, OK two months, miserable for four months.

    Who makes THIS move?

    The state income tax issue depends on how much you make. I left a state with an income tax but almost nonexistent property taxes for a state with no income tax but huge property taxes. Tax-wise, I came out much better in the state with the income tax.

    Can't help you with the weather part. I hate the cold.
