Far be it for me to ever quote-func the quote-function master, but I believe you bought an extra vowel.

Here's the central premise of Mr. Romney's speech: "Freedom requires religion just as religion requires freedom."

    This is demonstrably false.

    But provably so?

And Chef, my post looks perfectly fine. 8)

The Mormon JDV pulls hot wives 18-35 every day. Provably hot. Demonstrably hot.

So separation of church and state is not only good, but necessary to the conduct of government:

"Let me assure you that no authorities of my church, or of any church for that matter, will ever exert influence on presidential decisions. Their authority is theirs, within the province of church affairs, and it ends where the affairs of the nation begin," he said.

    Except when it's not:

"Religion is seen as merely a private affair with no place in public life. It is as if they are intent on establishing a new religion in America - the religion of secularism. They are wrong."

Yes, I'm sure the country is going to elect some guy named Mitt because he's professed to be a Christian, like the several Republicans who have an affinity for little boys. You don't proclaim Christianity, you live it. Show me the money.

Yep . . . but the panderers are compelled to proclaim it, in order to gin up the evangelical base to propel them to the polls, next year.

    Don't TALK it . . . LIVE it.

You can't say it enough . . . just to embarass all the haters, who refuse to live up to the precept.

Any adult that believes in Santa Claus or the Easter Bunny isn't qualified to be President, and anyone that disavows evolution, or believes the idiotic fairy tale of Joseph Smith sticking his head in a hat and looking at a magic rock isn't qualified either.

To the Republicans, it is much easier to fuck a male meth dealer or a young male page.

And we have a new entrant for SportsJournalists.com's Stupidest Post of the Year.

It could also be a major player in the Religious Intolerance posting category.

Forget about Romney's stance on taxes, education, crime, immigration and other major issues. Yeah, those really don't matter.

    Freedom requires religion?

My, my, we've wandered 'round the bend, haven't we?
