Whatever. I think you all suck. But as I said before, I'll be fine by 10 a.m. Until then, carry on.....

I just saw the highlight of the foul on Scola trying to keep Kirilenko from getting to McGrady late in last night's game (McGrady then passed to Jackson who made a tying 3). What the hell is Adelman and McGrady bitching about? Sure Kirilenko sold it a bit, but there's no way that's not a foul. If it were hockey he'd get two minutes for interference.

So McGrady still hasn't scored in the fourth quarter in this series. Glad to see he's upholding his playoff legacy.

The Wizards looked like a desparate team last night. I get the impression they're trying to act tough but they're nowhere near a tough team in reality.

Also, does anyone else get the impression that Jamison hates playing on this team? He's the only one that didn't make all these comments before the series, and he seemed like he was rolling his eyes last night when talking about all the guys that talked (Arenas, Stevenson) before this series started.

Fun fact from the abortion of a game that just ended:

Dirk Nowitzki scored 27 points — and was minus-27 in the plus-minus column.

Suns have scored only 12 points in the first 15 minutes of the second half, and have gone from up 7 to down 17.

Suns' comeback comes up short, and they're down 2-0.

  8. Jason Kidd has made quite a difference with this team.

I am not a Rockets fan. However, there is no way you call that foul in that situation. None. It had absolutely no bearing on the play.

Late in the game, you let that goofy shit go.

I've got a feeling there will be two firing press conferences in Dallas on Monday — Avery after a 4-0 sweep by the Hornets, and Ron Washington after a home sweep by the Twinkies.

No bearing only because McGrady made his mind up to pass before the foul. He saw Kirilenko coming at him so he knew he wouldn't have an open shot and decided to kick it to Jackson. Had he waited one more beat he would have seen Scola guide Kirilenko off his path and realized he had a wide open look. Kirilenko definitely overreacted, but what Scola did was absolutely a foul.

I'm sure it's been touched on in other posts, but I felt like this needs to be emphasized: what Chris Paul has done in the first two games of this series has been simple fascinating.
