I'll take Johnson, Bird and Jordan. I think you have to go with Chamberlain or Russell at center. And I'll take Duncan over Barkley at the 4.

I didn't catch much of the Lakers-Spurs series, to those who did, did Gasol defend Duncan the same we he is Garnett? If so I can't believe Duncan didn't average 30 a game. It seems like every trip he's giving Garnett that bank shot that Duncan knocks down so regularly. For whatever reason Garnett keeps passing it up to try to drive further in.

Way too easy for Pierce to get into the lane the last few trips. Any trip that the ball isn't in Kobe's hands is a gift for the C's.

I'll give Gasol credit, he wants the ball and is taking it right at Garnett. Can't understand why Kobe hasn't been more aggressive though.

    Nice foul, huh?

I HATE complaining about the refs, but...

But that was an uncalled foul. Pierce was by him by two steps...how else could Bryant have knocked the ball other than to reach in?

Oh, I know. I'm just saying I don't like to complain about the refs. That was a pretty big swing on that play though.

The best news for the C's is that they're much less likely to fall in a 15-point hole at the start of the game at home. That said, they need to wrap it up in 6. Game 7 would be scary, particularly if Kobe ever plays like the guy some have said is one of the top 5 players ever.

    Boobie,

This won't go seven. The Lakers got lucky twice at home. And if it does, the Celtics would have to field a team of only four players for the Lakers to have a shot.

And even then, Boston has absolutely nothing to worry about in an NBA Finals Game Seven in Boston. Hell, if it goes seven games, I don't know that I'll bother to watch.

OK, I would, but the Boston Garden ghosts are real.

The Lakers don't deserve to win this series. I'm saying that as a Laker fan, dyed in purple and gold. This team is not that good. I don't really care what their record was this year, or how bad they punked the old, overrated Spurs.

That said, the whiny Boston fanbois on this thread, and elsewhere, make me nauseous.
