I was just thinking about that. Garnett has never won a playoff series, right?

    Wrong.

He took his team to the Western Conference finals in 2004, losing to the Lakers. Other than that, first round every year.

Conference Finals with Minny in '04 ... and then the implosion came.
PS: Smith and Johnson have scored the last 25 Hawk points, and Bostonbred just shit his Celtic themed bed sheets.

    That's irrelevant.

Thanks for actually answering the question. I appreciate it.

Joe Johnson is unconscious, though it would help if the Celtics would score more than 7 points in a quarter.

I only knew it cuz of all the rumors of KG coming to the Lakers, his clutch factor (or lack therof) kinda worried me. But I knew with Kobe around, it wouldn't have mattered much. If KG helped the Lakers GET there, Kobe would finish it.

Good to see Pierce still folding the tent in the clutch.
HOW IN THE HELL does Boston let anyone but Garnett touch the ball right there.

Didn't Pierce take a really shitty team to the Eastern Conference Finals? The only knock I have on him is his inability to hit free throws. Plus, I'm pretty sure there was an arm grab there.

Garnett has always deferred at crunch time

Antoine Walker also was on the team.

They got there by default ... that was the LEast at its best that year. I'm not saying Garnett has been any type of big time clutch guy or anything throughout his career, but at least run something through him. Don't just let wild child Pierce fly down the lane out of control. Like you said, he can't hit free throws either so even if they do call an arm grab, who says he even hits one?
Gutty performance by Atlanta (if people STILL didn't know who Josh Smith is, they certainly do now)... that said, Atlanta still loses in six though.
