i'm not exactly sure why the hawks are playing scared, seeing how everything after even winning one game has been gravy.

been a fun series, but woodson's still a pretty not good coach.

Wow, Smith is really struggling. Bad airball right there.

That said, Ray Allen can't hit the broadside of a barn. If had made any of his wide-open 3-pointers this game would be really ugly.

Still hating on Woodson, eh? Can I ask who else you'd rather have in there? Just curious.

Josh Smith looks like he'd rather be fishing (or whatever the hell he does in his free time). It's actually kind of amazing to see from a guy who has dominated at times in this series. I could see it from the get-go: he just looked scared.

The C's are playing great team D. Johnson has made a few crazy 3's.

I know that's supposed to be the thinking for the Hawks. "Hey, we suck, we're not supposed to be here." But they ARE there and they have a chance to make history. It's natural for them to be nervous. I don't think it should be a shock that they look nervous. We're talking about a team comprised of a bunch of kids, basically.

Funny, I never saw Josh Smith as the fishing type.

"bibby sucks" chants breaking out in boston.

i'm guessing this isn't exactly how most Cs fans thought they'd be spending this sunday.

Did he call the Celtics fans bandwagon fans before this series? I didn't hear that, if he did though, that's just ridiculous.
And Bibby's the x-factor here. The rest of these guys are kids, but Bibby's been here before. He's stepped up in big games. We all remember him when he was younger carrying Chris Webber's scared ass through every big game those Kings teams played. And today, and every game Atlanta's lost in this series, he's been absent.

yeah, he did. dumb quote. pierce said it about ATL fans after game six, which was...pretty accurate.

but seriously. boston fans getting suckered into a pissing match with the 8th seed's PG? huh.

Oh yeah I agree ... not exactly the group they thought they'd be bitching with.

PS: Was Sam Cassell wearing a diaper just then?

Yeah he did. He said it was to take the attention off the younger teammates and have it focused on him. If he really thought it through that much good for him, though it hasn't really worked because they've stunk up the joint in every game in Boston. It's really amazing the way Bibby has played in Boston this series. Three assists in three games coming into today. Those Webber days seem like a LONG time ago. Amazing that Bibby is only 29. You could have told me he was 34 and I wouldn't have batted an eye. :-[
