Good point ... Correction ... no five guys in the East, or anyone in the West outside of the Spurs.

Thanks for pointing out yet another of my oversights.

I'm not sure, either, but one thing is for certain -- it probably drove Tommy Heinsohn to reach for the scotch.

It's definitely interesting right now, but I think LeBron is going to have to win Game 5 or 7 more or less by himself. I can't see the role guys coming up big enough on the road to pull this out.

The Cavs running pick and rolls with their small guys (instead of Z and Varajo, who were doing it earlier) seems like the best adjustment so far this series.

As for the C's Rando will be key. The Cavs more or less ignored him to try and keep Allen from being able to catch and shoot. If Rando hits his shots, C's are going to win.

Like in last year's East finals, right? Is that what you mean?

Well he really hasn't gone berserk when it comes to scoring and putting the team totally on his back just yet. But you know he's got at least one of those in him. I don't need to remind anyone what he did last year in Game 5 of the East Finals. Everyone else on that team was more or less nonexistent that night but he just decided enough was enough -- and it's not like Detroit was a bad defensive team or anything. If he comes out gangbusters in Game 5, Boston won't be able to do anything about it.

Who takes Game 5 in New Orleans tonight?

I'm picking San Antonio. It won't be a double-digit win for whoever wins, though.

So I guess LeBron just didn't feel like winning the NBA Finals last year. Lucky thing for San Antonio.

NO better hope it's double-digits ... because they aren't winning a close game.

No Billups again, and Rodney Stuckey has more than filled in ... 13 and 6 with no turnovers. Obviously the Pistons need Billups to do anything big, but getting Stuckey this kind of experience and seeing how he's responded has to be a big asset for down the road.

Good lord, a typical Detroit meltdown over the final four minutes ... this thing has gotten far too close for comfort. Give Orlando a ton of credit for not going away, solid effort right now.

Howard 6-for-15 from the FT line? Ouch.

Six straight conference final appearances for Detroit. Say what you will about the conference, the team's attitude and otherwise -- but that's pretty damn impressive.
