The Kings got 'em right where they want 'em.

 

Well, somehow, Dallas hangs on to win in overtime. That snaps the Mavs' 10-game streak of OT losses.

 

DeMaurcus Cousins gave Vince Carter a nice farewell present in OT.

 

1. Lakers are awful, with or without Gasol and Howard. They don't even like playing with each other.

2. Bulls looks great last night in the Garden. Poor Knicks are reeling.

After 3 quarters: Bulls 71, Hawks 37

 

Bulls got whacked in Phoenix on Saturday. Have to play better against mediocre teams.

 

97-58 final.

 

The Hawks have been in a tailspin of late.

Anyway, there is apparently something new happening in Los Angeles, as Dwight Howard has come to learn that Kobe Bryant greatly prefers shooting to passing. Team meetings, down the tubes, etc.

I certainly hope ESPN can fill another 18 months of airtime with "Where will Dwight Howard go?" talk.

 

Man, nothing like celebrating a late festivus.

 

I'm sure Howard's +28 in the final 5 minutes of games will come in handy one of these days.
