    Man, do we forget stuff.
    Incredible game dunking by 'Nique.

He was amazing. He could have snapped Bird's arm on that dunk.

I'm trying to remember, but I don't think he could palm a basketball, or do it that well, and that's why he dunked they way he did.

Been a shitload of blowouts this season and last night teams lost by 23, 42, 23, 30, 16, 13, 24.

That's pretty common during the doldrums of March. Two nights ago the Celtics and Spurs lost to the Bobcats and Timberwolves by 20+ points. That makes the Heat winning streak at this point in the season all the more impressive.

In those two losses the Spurs gave Duncan the night off and the Celts gave Pierce the night off.

It was only against the Raptors but the C's looks pretty strong last night after that horrid loss to the Bobcats. KG moved into 15th on the all-time scoring list a few minutes before Pierce passed Barkley to move into 20th place. Then Pierce became the 10th best free thrower (i/t/o most made) ever.

He won't win but Doc Rivers could be Coach of the Year. This injury riddled squad plays hard for him.

Kobe Bryant and Dahntay Jones have a Twitter battle over the end of last night's game, when Bryant severely sprained his ankle when he landed on Jones' foot after a fadeaway jumper. Bryant is out at least for the next game at Indiana.

I thought that there was enough contact before the shot that it didn't look like either was on balance. It looked to me that Jones was more awkward than dirty.

Also karma for all those times Kobe's elbow accidentally lands on a defender's nose after a shot.

Kobe's right leg goes up, as if seeking contact that used to be rewarded with foul calls favoring the shooter. Probably out of habit.

Jones' crowds into/under Bryant and limits his landing space. Probably out of habit.

Not dirty IMO. Too much mutual contact at that point, prior to the spill to the floor, to even merit a foul. Play on.

In basketball we used to drag out the gymnastics springboards and dunk from the free throw line when the coaches weren't around. We finally got caught and I think we ran a half-marathon of line drills.

That guy stopped his forward momentum before he jumped, which of course resulted in epic fail.
