NBA Finals Thread

Let's forget the Spurs first title in '99 and look at three championships in five years... if they repeat next year, they become a dynasty.
For now, nice run.

 

Think the Cavs are wishing Carlos Boozer had stuck around now?

 

I'm sure they do. And I'm guessing Boozer probably wished he never would have left.

 

Oh they never wanted him to leave in the first place. Boozer was the one that ran away and took the money(can't say I blame him though).

 

How popular were the NBA finals in my town?
At the gym tonight, the game was one of the four screens and it was changed to something called the Starter Wife on USA.
One TV was off, one was on CNN and the other was on a repeat of 30 Rock.
In the brief moment the pre-game was on, I learned that the Spurs were up 3-0 in the series.
I wouldn't have known who won, but it was one of the headlines at yahoo and I checked my e-mail earlier.

 

But this is big news in France, Jay.

At least 90 percent of this board doesn't give a shit about the Yankees or Red Sox. That doesn't mean we don't like baseball.

Don't care about hockey either, same goes for Nascar.
But to answer the question: college football, some pro football, minor-league baseball, my brother-in-law's high school football team, Olympic sports and World Cup soccer
