The suspension is pretty much a non-compete, yes? They can him - they pay him off and he's coaching the Nets by Monday.

Good advice. (Only 500,000? out of what 10,000,000? More ladies need to get out :))

In a recent training, our employment atty told us 95% of harassment claims arise in the victim's first 90 days of their employment. Staggering.

The thing about harrassment in the office that some people don't understand - you hook up with a subordinate (or superior) consensually, it really poisons the atmosphere in the office and impacts everyone.

They are also less numbed to it and more likely to complain.

When I would take a new female report around the trading floor, it was disgusting the way some people would ogle. I began to make it a point after the tour to come back after and publicly dress down someone for their behavior.

Stephen A getting angry is such a great treat. Dumbass. talking about sexual harassment and women like he knows what he’s taking about. Sort of like him taking about football or baseball or hockey or soccer or sports. He’s the Lindsey Graham of sports. The closest Stephen has ever been to vagina is when he’s in the same studio as Colin Cowherd.

Stryker CEO Stephen MacMillan fired for dating company's corporate jet flight attendant despite being given permission by board | Daily Mail Online
Sometimes even asking for - and getting - permission isn't enough.

What's missing is that it got widespread within the company when his wife spilled the tea at the executive holiday party. Whether it was her plan (well done) or she just got enough ethanol gumption to let it fly (still well done), his deal became known to not just V and C-suite overlords, but the top sales performers who were also granted the company of their betters for the evening.

The inability to keep things in-house is what leads to consequences.

    What's wrong with a little inter-office PDA?

Interesting. Jae is a good defensive/hustle piece but pretty unreliable offensively for a guy who logs a lot of floor time. You can tell in the first five minutes if good Jae or bad Jae has shown up.
