Oh, come on. Get real. LeBron knew exactly what he was doing. He's a ME-ME-ME guy. Always has been. Always will be. Douchey move to pull that during the Finals. He can't wait two weeks? Really?

Of course he's a ME-ME-ME guy. People have been pampering him since grade school, telling him the world revolves around him. All the big stars are that way.

As for the final, not watching. Could care less who wins. Hate 'em both.

Steve Nash and the Suns. But they got knocked out last week, thus no interest.

Artest is a slight difference from Vlad in 2008. Pierce did finish with 20something but didn't do much of anything first three quarters when game was decided. KG again looks like he's about 45. Not too excited because it's just one game, but then again there is that 47-0 mark for Phil when he wins the first game.

Mark and Ryan, don't you remember? LeBron wants to be a "global icon"! Of course it's about him. He's trying to brand himself before he ever slips on a NBA title ring.

Rondo went the entire game with his headband (and NBA logo) upside down.

So your not really a basketball fan, once your teams out you just stop watching.

I don't understand why anyone who likes the game of basketball would not want to watch this series. To each their own I guess

Nice Game 1 for the Lakers. Obviously they did learn from their mistakes from two years ago and they look really good. Kobe's playing some damn good basketball.

I agree. I hate them both too, but its the highest level of basketball. Why would I not watch this series?

He always wears the logo upside down. It drives a friend of mine absolutely nuts because he thinks it disrespects the league. Personally, I just think it looks stupid.
